This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, all materials, parts, tools, labor, shipping, installation, and travel necessary to provide a new sanding booth for bldg.189. The sanding booth will be used to remove primer (PPG/Deft 02-Y-040A) and/or topcoat (PPG/Deft 99-GY-001 Color #36173) on the following materials: aluminum, titanium, fiberglass, boron, kevlar. Delivery is FOB Destination Delivery is 8 weeks from date of award Installation should be completed within 3 weeks from receipt of delivery Please submit quote via email to Colleen Kemper at colleen.kemper@us.af.mil no later than 20 July 2021 1PM EST. Quote should include technical documentation that can be reviewed by the engineer for evaluation of lowest price technically acceptable.
