This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a sole source requirement under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source" and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, equipment and shipping required to provide two (2) each Teledyne 881D Base Unit Video Test Generator, part number 00-00218, two (2) each Teledyne 881/882 Rackmount Kit, part number 78-00047, two (2) each Teledyne SDI/HDSDI Output Option, part number 95-00031 and two (2) each Teledyne Extended Warranty, part number M203, for the Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Augmentation build to the 581 Software Engineering Squadron (SWES), 402 Software Maintenance Engineering Group (SWEG), Bldg. 639 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia in accordance with the attached Purchase Description.
