A-E Environmental Program at Robins AFB, GA
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, at Robins Air Force Base and its satellite areas, seeks architect-engineer environmental services under a single full-and-open ID/IQ requirements contract, with only one contract to be awarded. The contract will be non-commercial and use FFP, T&M, and CRNF CLINs, covering Title I design services, Title II construction-related QA/oversight, and other A-E services including emergency and imminent-danger response. The period of performance is five years—a one-year basic period plus four annual option years—with anticipated award in September 2026. Firms will be evaluated on five equally weighted criteria: professional qualifications, specialized experience, work capacity, past performance, and location/local knowledge, with prime and first-tier subcontractor/consultant staff expected to be within the general geographic area and able to mobilize to a project site within five hours; Georgia certification/licensing is also considered. Required submittals include SF 330 Parts I and II via a DOD Safe link and Past Performance Questionnaires submitted directly by references to the contracting officer.
