A-E Environmental Program at Robins AFB, GA
The Department of the Air Force is seeking architect-engineer services for Title I, Title II, and other A-E environmental services, with a single ID/IQ contract to be awarded under full and open competition. The contract will have a five-year period of performance, including a one-year base period and four annual option years, with an anticipated award date of September 2026. Services include design, construction oversight, quality assurance, emergency response, and environmental program support, primarily performed at Robins Air Force Base and its satellite areas. Firms must submit SF 330 forms via a secure DOD Safe link, with submissions limited to 60 pages for Part I and no page limit for Part II. Selection will be based on five equally weighted criteria: professional qualifications, specialized experience, work capacity, past performance, and location within the general geographic area with the ability to mobilize to a project site within five hours.
