The contractor shall provide a die/trim fixture or mold design, production, first article of actual part manufactured from the die/trim fixture with NC trim program and data tied to a unique call (requirement) to support major weapon systems, including F-15, C-5, C-130, C-17, Special Operation Forces (SOF) and other aircraft. The Contractor shall provide all manufacturing equipment, tools, labor, travel and shipping costs. This acquisition will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 60 month ordering period. The Government will establish at least two (2), but no more than five (5) BPAs. It is understood and agreed that this BPA obligates the government only to the extent that authorized calls are actually made against it and then only when delivery against such calls has been completed.PURCHASE (CALL) LIMITATION: Individual purchase (call) placed against this agreement shall not exceed $250,000.00 per call. ORDERING PERIOD: In accordance with the clause in Section I of this Solicitation, DFARS 252.216-7006 Ordering, task orders may be issued hereunder for a period of sixty (60) months consisting of one (1) eleven (11) month Basic and four (4) additional eleven (11) month ordering periods from the effective date of thecontract against the contract line item numbers (CLINs) included in the schedule. An order placed on the last day of the last ordering period shall not have a delivery period that will exceed one (1) year beyond the last day of the fourth ordering period. Orders issued hereunder shall utilize the CLIN representing the ordering period in effect at the time of order award for purposes of pricing. BPA Call Limit: $250,000.00 Period of Performance: 1 (one) 60 Month Ordering Period, with the Period of Performance (PoP) being 21 July 2021 - 20 July 2026. Performance shall be IAW with the attached Purchase Description (PD) dated 21 June 2021.
