The U.S. Government is soliciting proposals for a single contract to produce Wing and Fin Sub-Assemblies for the AMRAAM missile series. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedure to determine best value. Proposals will be evaluated on four equally important technical subfactors: packaging and handling, production plan, product verification, and honeycomb implementation. Award will go to the responsible offeror with a technically acceptable proposal that conforms to all requirements and has the lowest evaluated price.
