This notice serves as a Synopsis for procurement of the Wing and Fin Sub-Assemblies which are a sub-components of the AIM-120X, and CATM-120X series of Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile (AMRAAM). This acquisition is contemplated as a Price Only Source Selection between Proven vendors Raytheon Company (1151 E Hermans Road, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337) and BK Manufacturing Co Inc (100 TECHNOLOGY PARK, ARAB, AL 35016) under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(c)(l)).
