The United States Government (USG) is conducting market research to meet the requirements to provide qualified C-130, all models (B/E/H/J), aircrew to perform ferry flights to/from any location worldwide, e.g., commercial airports, military bases, repair stations, etc. as determined by the USG. Aircrew composition includes appropriately manned and qualified personnel adapted to the specific C-130 model being ferried. The purpose of this survey is to determine commercial capabilities that have past performance in providing: C-130 qualified aircrews for ferrying USG & foreign-owned aircraft over international airspace. C-130 on-call maintenance support for facilitating maintenance issues en-route and deploying MRT as needed. Contractors/Institutions responding to this Sources Sought Notice are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. NOTE: place of performance is determined by ferry mission; however, Known operating locations will include Southwest Asia, Europe, and US.
