The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of repairing specific AN/ALQ-172 subassemblies: a BIT Limiter and a Down Converter. The requirement stipulates that repair must be performed for the first time directly by the actual manufacturer, as the Government lacks the necessary data or rights to contract repair from other sources. The contractor must furnish all material, equipment, tools, and services, performing the work at their own or a subcontractor's facility. Raytheon Company is identified as the known sole source contractor for this effort.
