The Government has awarded the contract to Raytheon Company, 2000 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245-3507, CAGE 4U884. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government awarded the addition of two Firm-Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to the existing Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract within its existing Period of Performance.
