The Common Avionics Program Office at Robins AFB has a need to acquire a continuation of Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) services for Link-16 Alaska (LAK) under Definitive Contract FA8540-15-C-0004 for an additional 6-month period of performance (PoP) through the inclusion of FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Tasks performed during this extension will include, but are not limited to the following: Program Management, Help Desk Support, and Information Assurance, Over and Above Repair, Technical Data, Risk Management Framework, Travel, Training (System Admin and User Familiarization), Block Cycle Upgrades, Teardown Test & Evaluation, and hardware repair. It may also include other support functions and tasks within scope of the contract as directed by the Government. This Acquisition is sole source to Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems Inc. (ATS), Cage Code 0B9D8 IAW the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). This action will result in the award of a contract modification to the existing contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The RFP will NOT be posted at beta.sam.gov Foreign participation at the prime contractor level is not permitted.
