The Government anticipates issuing a one-time Firm Fixed Priced purchase order to accomplish a onetime buy of two different non-Stocklisted items. The first part is for a quantity of (4) Adjustable Tuning Core Part Number 790-1736-003, NSN 5950-00-630-5732 for the end item repair of the Common Avionics (5915-01-035-1521/ARC-169 System). The second part is to purchase a quantity of (5) PN 378-0633-070 Variable Attenuator, part number 378-0633-070 for the end item repair of the Common Avionics (5895-01-014-3656/ARN-118 System). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All potential offerors should contact the Contract Specialist or PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
