Delivery is FOB Origin with shipments in the continental United States. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. The proposals are due on 29 May 2025 at 3:00 PM EST.
