This contr... This Amended Solicitation takes CLIN X0027 and divides it into X0027AA for Minor Repairs and X0027AB for Major Repairs. This is for repair of the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS). This contract is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type instrument with provisions for Firm Fixed Price repair Contract Line Items. The Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System is currently installed on over 908 USAF F-15 and F-16 fighter aircraft. In addition, there are over eleven FMS countries flying JHMCS configured jets and more counries are considering the system for their defense needs. The Period of Performance is from date of award through three (3) years, consisting of a 12-month basic period and two additional 12-month ordering periods, plus an optional 6-month extension.
