This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm-fixed-price contract for a one-time buy to procure a quantity of three (3) each, Screw Assembly Module, P/N 623-1775-004 (obsolete NSN 5305-01-059-8671), in order to fill a depot aircraft requirement for the ARC-171 Weapon System. The Soliciation pertaining to this notice will not be available until approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to the System for Award Management website (https://www.SAM.gov). No hard copies will be provided. This proposed contract action is not a set-aside. However, the Government anticipates a sole source procurement from Rockwell Collins for this one-time buy. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. The Government anticipates the release of the RFQ on or around 28 Aug 2025 with an estimated response date of 5 Sep 2025. The RFQ and all attachments will be posted on SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov). All questions or concerns related to this acquisition will be accepted in writing only and shall be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, Genell Wright at email: genell.wright.1@us.af.mil as well as CC: Abby Markert at email: abby.markert.1@us.af.mil. No questions will be taken or answered prior to release of the RFQ package. Government responses to questions will be uploaded to https://www.sam.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the SAM website prior to submission of a quote.
