The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience needed to repair the E-3 AN/APY-1/2 surveillance radar 5-Volt Power Supply (NSN 6130014513046CW, PN PS12295). The item is currently repaired by Levison, which was previously awarded this work and has been licensed the technical repair data from Brandt. The Government does not own the technical data required to organically repair or complete the repair, and acquiring the data by purchase or reverse engineering is uneconomical. No samples are available for potential suppliers to evaluate.
