The Office of AFSC/PZABA intends to award a contract in support of AN/USQ-140(V) Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS). This requirement is for Repair Services of the AN/USQ-140(V) MIDS program. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC is soliciting for Indefinite Delivery requirements type contract utilizing Delivery Orders. The anticipated Period of Performance for this effort is a Basic year plus two (2) annual ordering periods. This requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and will include Not Separately Priced (NSP) data CLINS. The resultant requirements contract will contain nation stock numbers (NSNs) to identify the parts being repaired. Please be advised that there is NO TECHNICAL DATA AVAILABLE and is proprietary to the identified source above. Therefore, this notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals as the Government does not own or possess the data necessary to facilitate competition for these services. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. A determination not to compete this requirement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will NOT be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this synopsis. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Electronic procedures are being used for this solicitation. Issue date of the solicitation is 15 July 2023, with response date for receipt of proposal 12 September 2023. As this effort is currently considered a sole source requirement; the RFP will NOT be posted to SAM.GOV.
