The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to repair the F-15 Air Data Test (ADTS), NSN: 4920-01-550-2455FX, P/N: 18906300001. The level of security clearance in this requirement has not been determined. The Repair Method Code (RMC) /Repair Method Suffix Code (RMC/RMSC) for these items is R1/R; where RMC/R1 is suitable for competitive repair for the second or subsequent time and RMSC/R is the Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the item. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. A response is due by 6 May 2022 by 4:00 PM Eastern time. Please see attachment for further details.
