The U.S. Air Force intends to award a five-year, firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery contract for repair of the C-5 Automated Flight Control System Panel and Communication/Navigation Panel. The contract would include one 12-month base year and four one-year ordering periods, with best estimated quantities of 150 and 50 units, respectively. Performance requires all necessary parts and labor to test and repair the items, with delivery required 90 days after receipt of asset. The Government plans to solicit on a sole-source basis under other than full and open competition, citing Ducommun Labarge Technologies as the only known source with the required technical data and capabilities. The Government does not own production-level technical data or specialized test equipment for this requirement.
