This is a 10-year, Firm Fixed Price, Requirements contract for the major and minor overhaul of the C-5 Hydraulic Cargo Winch System. The period of performance includes a one-year basic period, four one-year ordering periods, and five additional one-year option periods. The effort is a sole-source award to Goodrich Corporation. The estimated unit prices are based on current overhaul prices inflated by 5% annually. Best Estimated Quantities are provided for each period, with 30 units for major overhauls and 6 units for minor overhauls in each.
