This project has a requirement to fix outstanding hardware and software issues with a MERC-developed FFF replacement to the C-5M Fuel Quantity indicator that will bring it into compliance with the performance spec. Additionally, the government requires that the maintenance overhaul manual be updated for the Fuel Quantity indicator as well as the Fuel Quantity Totalizer. The contractor will develop and coordinate all documentation and lead CCB efforts. The deliverables will be a full, level 3, technical data package for the Fuel Quantity Indicator, test reports and 6 new prototypes of the test unit. EMI and EMC testing will be required for the final design. --THIS IS A SOLICITATION-- IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIC CONTRACT FA8530-20-D-0001.
