This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZAAB anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirements-type contract for the repair of multiple NSNs required to support the depot-level maintenance and condemnation of the following F-15 Very High Speed Integrated Circuitry Central Computer "Plus" (VHSIC CC+ or VCC+). Contract will be a five year contract and shall include a total of five (5) individual ordering periods; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one year. A description of the Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) and delivery schedule will be included in attachements in the forth coming solicitation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, CAGE: 03640 , in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government does not possess the technical data necessary to support this acquisition. Foreign contractors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted.
