This will be Sole Source to Hamilton Sundstrand CAGE 73030 This engineering service is to perform an obsolescence/trade study on the Programmable Armament Control System (PACS-46), part number 12241-46, National Stock Number (NSN) 1270-01-550-2010FX. The obsolescence/trade study will result in a whitepaper that will identify the level of effort for a Form, Fit, Function, and Interface (F3I) replacement of the PACS-46. The whitepaper will outline the technical design of the replacement, discuss obsolescence, provide issues/risks, and PACS-46 NSN: 1270-01-550-2010FX Obsolescence/Trade Study Jun 20, 2023 06:48:27 PM GMT 1 provide an official quote for the F3I. The F3I replacement will be verified capable of meeting Airworthiness and Nuclear Certification requirements of the current NSN. The sub-assemblies of the new design will be compatible with the legacy F-15E PACS-46 configuration currently in use. The official quote for the F-15E PACS-46 F3I Replacement will include a breakdown of cost elements that includes but is not limited to: Engineering Support, Prototype Fabrication, Technical Data, Testing, Develop & Design Prototype, & Travel along with the expected Period of Performance. This engineering effort will utilize Firm-Fixed Pricing (FFP) and result in the award of one-year new delivery order requirement on the United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) Captains of Industry (COI) Subsumable Contract SPE4AX-22-D-9404. Period of performance for the acquisition is estimated to be from 28 Sept 2023 to 28 Sept 2024 with a delivery schedule of the following: Engineering Evaluation Report 305 days ARO Conference Agenda 30 days ARO Whitepaper Development 305 days ARO Monthly Status Report 30 days ARO and NLT the 5th of the month thereafter Official Quote 305 days ARO C Contractor Program Management Plan 10 business days ARO
