New Aircraft Pallets

The Government seeks to fulfill a high-demand requirement for air cargo pallets to support current operations, replacing the legacy 463L pallet system. The required pallets must be certified for use across military cargo aircraft including the C-5, C-17, C-130, CH-53K, and CH-47F, and must be compatible with standard military cargo handling systems. This is a full and open competitive procurement, and proposals will be evaluated according to the criteria in the solicitation. Reference drawings and government Q&A documents from November and December 2025 are provided in the attachments. The RFI was reopened in January 2025 to attach requested pallet image files.
