This RFI is a follow-up to the Halvorsen Industry Day held on 12 February 2025 (Notice: FA8534-Halvorsen). The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to sustain the Halvorsen 25K Aircraft Cargo Loader in four output-oriented areas: Pipeline/Material Management, Sustaining Engineering, Repair, and Overhaul.

This market survey seeks potential sources with the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the PWS requirements for the Halvorsen 25k Aircraft Cargo Loader used by United States Air Force personnel. Participation in the survey does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for expenses associated with responding. Several attachments are referenced, but not all are attached; some technical manual attachments must be requested through the Sources Sought Synopsis instructions. Interested parties should review the PWS and available attachments to assess their ability to support this requirement.
