The Government is seeking to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for a cost estimate to perform an actual feasibility study of the CNU-129/P, Aircraft Seat Survival Kit Container, for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. This study will inform the Government’s understanding of survival kit performance enhancements in the area of materials, storage, and ergonomics for aircrew and will provide valuable insight for future CNU-129/P sustainment programs.
