The Human Systems Division at Robins AFB, Georgia (AFLCMC/WNU) has a requirement for the supply of commercial Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) airpaks, commercial off the shelf masks, Chemical Warfare Component (CWC) masks with military modifications for Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, and Nuclear (CBRN) capability, and Supplied-Air Respirator (SAR) Kits. A competitive acquisition will be accomplished on the basis of full and open competition utilizing FAR part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with FAR part 15 procedures for the utilization of a trade-off source selection. Production of the above shall be in accordance with (IAW) the requirements set forth in the Purchase Description (PD), Statement of Work (SOW), and associated data requirements referenced in the solicitation. All assets will be shipped FOB Destination. Master NSN: 4240-01-686-7961 Quantities & Delivery: BASIC PERIOD Item BEQ Delivery CWC Pre-Production Unit 1 EA 240 calendar Days ARO effective date of delivery order SCBA Airpak Only (No Mask) 6809 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 681 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SCBA COTS Mask Only 6729 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 673 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SCBA CWC Mask Only 3504 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 351 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SAR Kit 118 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 12 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. OPTION I Item BEQ Delivery SCBA Airpak Only (No Mask) 6808 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 681 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SCBA COTS Mask Only 6728 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 673 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SCBA CWC Mask Only 3503 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 351 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order. SAR Kit 117 EA Deliveries under each order shall be at a rate of 12 units per 30 day period until such time that the ordered quantity is completely delivered with the first delivery being no later than 30 days After Receipt of (ARO) effective date of delivery order.
