The contract's period of performance includes a 1-year basic period for prototype design and four 1-year options, with substantial production quantities specified for the option periods. Prototype delivery is scheduled to begin 12 months after order receipt. The work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, and foreign participation is not permitted.
