It identifies out-of-balance conditions while providing data solutions for propeller rebalancing. Using sensors, it collects, processes, and interprets data and continuously checks for any pre-programmed exceedances. The Part Number of the item to be acquired is 915-18603, made by Honeywell International, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and distributed by Diagnostics Solutions International (DSI). The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and compete with only two sources, Honeywell International, Inc. (CAGE Code: 99866) and Diagnostic Solutions International, LLC (CAGE Code: 4Z9A3), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because no other sources have the proprietary data to provide the VXP. The Government does not own the technical data package (TDP), nor is the product under the configuration control of the US Government. However, Interested Parties or Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote(s). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Buy American Act.
