The Vibration Analyzer, Portable Balancing System (PBS) 4100 is used to perform trim balance and vibration diagnostics frequency spectrum analysis, act as an oscilloscope/voltmeter and perform balance analysis. This acquisition is to support the repairs and new production of the Portable Vibration and Balancing System (PBS4100) which consist of the data acquisition unit, laptop, engine accessory kits, change amplifiers and cable sets. Delivery shall be 180 days after receipt of order. Repairs shall be completed 30 days after receipt of asset. The Best Estimated Quantity (hereafter referred to as "BEQ") for the purpose of production buys and repairs. Estimated contract length is 5 years. BEQs given are per a year.
