The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for design, qualification and production of the JetCal Analyzer Test Set, NSN: 4920-01-268-2007, P/N BH112JD-80, a turbine engine data collection and analysis system used to determine TF33 engine condition and performance. The system contains hardware that collects and displays data, an executive software program that controls the configuration of the hardware, and engine specific application software that facilitates maintenance tests. The Government does not own or have access to the data for this item. The Air Force believes that Howell Instruments, Inc., Original Equipment Manufacturer, Cage Code 98869 is the only source which poesses the technical data to succesfully manufacture this equipment. Any intrested offeror is invited to submitt a RFI response by downloading the attachment and submitting it to the PCO.
