Amendment 0001 is to incorporate FAR clauses 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) and 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) into solicitation FA8533-20-R-0022. The Hydraulic Test Set (NSN: 4920-01-319-1473RN; P/N: 920062-1-1) is used to operationally check the two hydraulic motors on the F-16 leading edge flap (LEF) power drive unit while it is mounted on the aircraft. The test set commands the flaps to the up and down positions using the drive from the hydraulic motors. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source MOOG INC. (CAGE Code: 94697) under authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government lacks technical data. However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote(s). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
