This market survey is being conducted to identify educational, nonprofit institutions, or federally funded research and development centers that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide essential engineering, research, and development services that augment and extend organic engineering capabilities of the United States Air Force and it’s Foreign Military Sales partners using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 541330 (Engineering Services) and 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined.
