Services will include TO and engineering data: management, update, conversion, distribution, and library services. TDSSe³ will replace the single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract FA8530-20-D-0002, set to expire 08 March 2025. The TDSSe³ acquisition will be competitively awarded within the 8(a) Small Business Development Program as an IDIQ contract, in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be for nine (9) years (Four (4) year ordering period with one (1) option for five (5) additional ordering periods) and FAR Extension of Services clause 52.217-8 will be included. The award will be to a single source. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i)). The Government Team will be hosting a virtual pre-proposal conference on 8 April 2024, tentatively at 9 AM EST for one hour. If interested in attending, please register with the POCs listed. This presolicition notice is to provide the synopsis of the upcoming requirement and provide additional updates to the TDSSe3 requirement via the attached TDSSe3 Description of Requirements as well as provide updated draft copies of the Sections L&M, PWS, CLIN Description, Labor Catorgies, and Cost/Price evaluation model in order to receive Industry feedback. The Government request this feedback be provided to the Government POCs No later than 7 March 2024 by 3:30 PM EST.
