The ECC Voice Solution is a modernized, consolidated voice solution which is multi-domain (high and low), accredited, non-proprietary, and open-architecture-based. This solution integrates all communication through one headset therefore requires custom cables to enable integration with pilot datalink, operator to operator intercom, VoIP phone (soft phone and hard phone), as well as, two-way radio audio.Vendor is to build cables to J-STD-001 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and label per MILSTD- 130. The bundle is comprised of the components listed in the equipment list and drawings. Equivalent components may be used per AF DCGS. Offeror price shall include all materials needed to build cables.
