This system is comprised of both manual and auto-routing capabilities used for sensor collection planning and automatic generation of navigation points to provide near real time actionable intelligence to the warfighter. This requirement is for Engineering Services, Program Management Support and Flight Test Support for software development and modernization interim contact support (ICS) for tier 3 & 4 maintenance and sustainment support. The resulting contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus one six-month option. Place of Performance will be a combination of US Government Installations and non-US Government Installations as applicable.
