The main objective of this contracting effort is the Development, Modernization, Integration, Fielding, Cyber Security and Sustainment activities required to meet AF DCGS/ Operational Requirements Document (ORD) requirements to maintain compliance with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Architecture Framework, and the Joint Technical Architecture guidance to the maximum extent possible. Other DCGS ground and air elements will be supported as directed.
