This acquisition is to obtain sustainment and logistical support services necessary for the continued operations of the AF DCGS OSI GSEG and GSEG+ software systems in order to continually provide near real-time Geographical Intelligence (GEOINT) optical imagery intelligence to critical decision makers. This requirement is for Contractor Logistics Support, which includes program management, engineering services, replenishment spares, bonded stock for Specialized Repair Activities (SRA), CFSRs, technical data, data reporting, and travel. The resulting contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus one annual option. Place of Performace will be a combination of US Government Installations and non US Government Installations as applicable. This is a sole source requirement to Goodrich Corporation, 7 Technology Park Drive Westford, Massachusetts 01886-3141. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
