This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for four (4) each NSN: 5995-01-565-8771, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, P/N 17G550555-1, which includes one First Article and three (3) production assets, one First Article Test Plan, one First Article Test Report, and one Marking Plan. A means is required at the Organizational-level of maintenance to support the OFP software loading operation for the APDMC LRU and to provide the following: Connections between the Ethernet RS-422 connector P2 (PN 067322-0362) of the APDMC LRU and connector J5 (PN MS27505E17B35PA) of the interface adapter assembly (part of the OFPLS adapter set) PN 17G571764-505 (SERD 570811) (O-level OFP loading); Connections between the power and rs-422 connector p2 (PN 067322-0362) of the APDMC LRU and the power connector (PN ms3116f8-4p) of the cooling fan, mounted on the fixture assembly PN 17G550543-1 (SERD 550543). The 28 VDC and 115 VAC 400 Hz AC power supplies will be provided by the aircraft utility power; Connections to the OFPLS interface adapter set PN 17G570764-505 (SERD 570811), and the fixture assembly PN 17G550543-1 (SERD 550543). The 28 VDC and 115 VAC 400 Hz AC power supplies will be provided by the aircraft utility power; and Connections with the APDMC LRU, Interface Adapter Assembly, fan, Digital Computer System and the aircraft utility power supplies would require a minimum length of 10 feet. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
