** The proposal due date for this requirement is extended to 6 May 2022 in accordance with Amendment 0001 ** This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for three (3) each NSN: 4930-01-618-2161BA, Fuel Draining Kits, P/N 17G460235-1, which includes one First Article and two production assets, one First Article Test Plan, one Marking Plan, and one First Article Test Report, plus three (3) Options for additional line item quantities of three (3) each. During performance of unscheduled maintenance, a ground refuel isolation valve may require repair or replacement. Prior to removing the valve, the fuel must be drained from the fuel tank. A means is required at the organization and depot levels of maintenance to interface between the fuel feed manifold and the fuel drain unit hose. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
