This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment Communication Management Unit – 900(CMU-900), NSN 5995-01-518-6777BA; Part Number 17G690549-1. The Basic is a Qty of 6 including First Article/Production unit, Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The Cable Set, CMU O- & I-Level is a Communication Management Unit-900(CMU-900) which is one of the LRUs, which requires OFP Loading. It is used to load Operational Flight Program software into the LRU at the organizational and intermediate level of maintenance. This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business Concerns may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached to this package) in order to obtain copy of the proprietary technical data package.
