This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for C-17 Support Equipment, CABLE ASSEMBLY SET, and NSN: 4920-01-582-1601BA; Part Number 17G410643-1. The Basic is for a Qty of 5 which includes 1 First Article/Production unit, Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached to this package) in order to obtain a copy of the proprietary technical data package.
