** This 100% SB set-aside requirement was inactive but has been reactivated with a new proposal due date. ** This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with three-1 year options for a CONVEYO... ** This 100% SB set-aside requirement was inactive but has been reactivated with a new proposal due date. ** This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with three-1 year options for a CONVEYOR, ROLLER-UNDERFLOOR CRAWLWAY EXTENSION applicable to the C-17 aircraft. This acquisition is for NSN: 3910-01-307-7382, P/N: 17G490003-1. The CONVEYOR, ROLLER-UNDERFLOOR CRAWLWAY EXTENSION is used to provide a surface to position the compressor for lowering through access hatch opening. This requirement will be total small business set-aside. The requirement includes a basic quantity of one each (includes first article and production) plus a First Article Test Plan (1 LO) and Test Report (1 LO), plus three (3) options for additional line item quantities of 1 to 3 each. All assets will be shipped FOB destination. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. The RFQ will be posted to the SAM webpage (http://www.SAM.gov/).
