The... This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with three-1 year options for a CABLE ASSEMBLY applicable to the C-17 aircraft. This acquisition is for NSN: 5995-01-579-2996, P/N: 17G570826-1. The CABLE ASSEMBLY – SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL is used to provide the communication link between the aircraft operator and the aircraft controls. This requirement will be total small business set-aside. The requirement includes a basic quantity of one each (includes first article and production) plus an additional production quantity of two, Test Plan (1 LO), Test Report (1 LO) and three options years each with a quantity of 1 to 3 each. All assets will be shipped FOB destination within the continental United States. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ.
