This is an amendment to the SSS [Sources Sought Synopsis] posted in Feb 2020, FA8526-20-R-DBRS. The C-17A Globemaster III Program Office (AFCMC/WLM) is conducting a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to identify potential sources to develop and/or modify a system capable of serving as a data bus recording/reporting system for the C-17 aircraft. Note: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS) to identify sources that can provide the system described above. The information provided in the SSS is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this SSS should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions to this request will become Government property and will not be returned. 1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada) Companies outside the United States may respond to this SSS. 2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? Responses should be submitted in writing or via email as identified in the SSS. No meetings are required for a response to this SSS. 3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) Performance locations are not limited to within the United States. 4. Can we submit the proposals via email? Responses may be submitted in writing or via email as identified in the SSS. See attachment.
