This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment Laser Kit, Positioning Alignment, Aircraft Engine Lift TR, NSN: 4920-01-520-9022BA; Part Number 17G230926-1. The Basic is for one (1) each First Article/Product Unit, Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The item is used as an alternative means for installing the Forward Engine Mount Bolts. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List Systems (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
