This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for two (2) each NSN: 6150-01-437-2556, Cable Assembly Set - SATCOM, P/N 17G680526-1, which includes one First Article and one production asset, one First Article Test Plan, one Marking Plan, and one First Article Test Report. This item is required to test the Army SATCOM system, interfacing the "ant" connector of the UHF radio to the forward port of the watt meter. Additionally, this requirement including six (6) each NSN: 4920-01-299-3556BA, Adapter, Cable Breakout, P/N 17G410523-1, which includes one First Article and five production assets, one First Article Test Plan, one Marking Plan, and one First Article Test Report. This item is required at the organizational and intermediate levels to provide fault isolation for electrical & electro-magnetic devices. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible 8a sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
