This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment Cable Set, Data Loading - ACP, NSN: 6150-01-674-6644BA; Part Number 17G610528-1. The Basic contract is for a Qty of 5 each (including the First Article and Production units), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The item is used to interface the C-17’s Automatic Communications Processors to the support equipment computer for the purpose of loading a data fill at the communications fill port. This requirement will be a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-side. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible SDB sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached to this package) in order to obtain a copy of the proprietary technical data package.
