The Government intends to purchase 4 each, NSN: 1730-01-517-8458, P/N: 17G493135-1. In addition to the instant contract for 4 each, an Option Quantity of 3 for this NSN, for a period of 3 years is also being solicited. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Government does own the data rights for this acquisition. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. This requirement will require a First Article (FA). The solicitation will contain information on how to apply for a waiver. The Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement contains data proprietary to The Boeing Company. In order to receive access to the TDP, interested offerors must complete and sign the attached non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which must be emailed to the PCO and Buyer. Upon receipt of the NDA, the PCO or Buyer will email a link providing access to the TDP via the DODSafe website.
