This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment Breakout Box – Pitot Static , NSN 4920-01-530-0158; Part Number 17G573809-1. The Basic is Qty of 3 including First Article/Production unit, Test Plan(1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The Pitot Static Breakout Box is an Air Data Manifold and Hose Assembly. It is used to provide a means to test the four Pitot Static Probes simultaneously. This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business Owned set-aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business Owned sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System(PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System(EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement(attached to this package) in order to obtain copy of the proprietary technical data package.
