This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for a C-17 Support Equipment FA/Production – PIN RIG CHECK-HPC BELLCRANK , NSN 5120-01-366-8041; Part Number PWA83270. The Basic is a Qty of 3 including First Article/Production unit, Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). A RIG PIN, is used to check for proper compressor stator cylinder rigging. The RIG PIN is inserted through the compressor stator lever stop into the compressor stator lever assembly, holding the lever assembly in the full open position. This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Interested offerors will be required to submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached to this package) in order to obtain copy of the proprietary technical data package.
